I would like to use a module for practice and also record the midi output. I assume midi would be notes on/ off + velocity and I could assign these to samples? Which Roland module? So mesh pads plus triggers plus a roland module is the best. I have seen 2 ply mesh pads, maybe they are better? What do you suggest to achieve what I am trying to do?
