surfjunkie Posted July 6, 2002 Share Posted July 6, 2002 you're kidding, right? producers jam & lewis use a variety of drum machines & samplers on her records. i don't have that album, but i'm pretty sure there isn't a live drummer on it. i read an interview with them last year- i think it was EM, maybe keyboard mag- they have a guy who does nothing but program beats. they mentioned what gear he uses, but i can't remember. * for the record- i'm not dissing drum machines (even though this is the "Drum Forum"). i like both kinds of drums Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
