Playing patterns on top of all what is going on down stairs is proving to be quite a challenge. I'm going to be a monster with this stuff in a couple of years...can't wait to make some of the patterns mine and put them to some tunes. LOL Besides needing to work out of that book more, I'm looking forward to start on Doug Tann's other book Compound Odd Meter Groupings. He sent me a copy to review for the Drum Ring International , but I haven't had a chance to finish. Doug will be at PASIC and will be releasing this new book there.
