jmichael Posted August 21, 2001 Share Posted August 21, 2001 I just bought an Tama Iron Cobra Jr. double bass drum pedal, and had a question. It's probably a matter of preference, but since I've never owned a double pedal before, what is the best way you find to set it up? Do you put the left foot board outside the hi-hat (to the left), or do you find it easier to move the hi-hat further to the outside and put the pedal on the inside (right). I realize either way will take some adjustment as far as hi-hat playing, but I wanted to see what has worked best for everyone else. Thanks.
