Phil W
Mú is a keyboard player from Brazil. He posts on keyboard corner. Formerly, he was a member of 'A Cor do Som' - a stunning bunch of musicians who popularised an electrified form of choro music from Northern Eastern Brazil in the late 70s and early 80s. bio The band featured Mú's brother Dadi on bass who is one of the great Brazilian bass players (currently playing with Marisa Monte) Mú has posted a link to a great video of A Cor do Som performing on TV in Brazil. It's on Youtube and you can find it (and Mú's thread) by clicking here He also posted a link to a webpage of his own beautiful music on this thread Enjoy! http://philwbass.com

Davo-London
Phil don't you just hate it when no-one responds? I have an idea. Set-up your own website and put your essential listening music up. Link it direct to Amazon and voila! Thanks Davo "We will make you bob your head whether you want to or not". - David Sisk
Phil W
It doesn't really matter that nobody responds. Maybe somebody listened to the music but didn't respond. As a poster on a connected forum, and with his brother being such a great bass player, Mú's music is relevant and somebody might find it at some stage. I like to search through old threads and hey, maybe in a couple of years someone will be tring to find out about Dadi or about Brazilian music other than Samba. http://philwbass.com
