I'm considering this option except for the extra cables everywhere. Would this help me hear myself? 2 guitars (both of us sing), bass, drums. Carvin PA620 mono powered mixer into Peavey powered monitor. I would use the Peavey to power the Rolls personal monitor PM50. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The sound isn't bad at all for the intended uses either. There's plenty of gain on the headphone outputs too. You should be able to get one for under $50. I think I paid under $40 for mine.
