I tried it on my amp (G-K) but pretty soon I heard a distortet noise in the overall bass-sound that became louder as I played louder. Then I recorded it directly into cubase: still the same. After months I get a reply from Davis Gage that the could come from an unequal pressure from the bridge-foot on the pickup because of shape. He said it could be solved with teflon-tape.
