Basshappi
Very nice, but I think that he should have done a matching headstock with it. Nothing is as it seems but everything is exactly what it is - B. Banzai Life is what happens while you are busy playing in bands.
musicfiend
My favorite look for a sadowsky has always been one that's done a la jaco...like some models in the new metro line that have morado fretboards, burst finishes, and no pickguard....oh ya. Hiram Bullock thinks I like the band volume too soft (but he plays guitar). Joe Sample thinks I like it way too loud (but he plays piano). -Marcus Miller
Phoney McRing Ring
I'll take two please Dont usually like basses with that sort of finish but that is very nice. I agree that the headstock should match rite enough. jeremy c
Does it sound any different than one that is a simple solid color? I've played a few Sadowskys that were owned by friends. They were simple pastel colors and they sounded great. These fancy wood tops are beautiful but a waste of money in my opinion. When is someone going to make a computer keyboard with ebony keys that have the letters inlaid in them in mammoth ivory edged in gold? Seems like there's a wide open market for that. I would also like my cpu tower case to be made from a buckeye burl and my monitor to have a three color sunburst finish. Free download of my cd!. dcr
The headstock spoils it. I'd never invest in that kind of wood anyway.
