Wally Malone
Ill be performing with guitarist Jeff Mayer in a duo setting at the Tapestry Arts Festival in San Jose on Saturday, September 4 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. on the South Bay Guitar Society stage located at Park Ave. & Almaden Blvd. Our repertoire includes a mix of jazz standards, fusion, r&b and pop tunes all performed instrumentally. The repertoire and style presents the opportunity to play my six-string bass. Hope to see you there! If you make it, please come up and say hi. Added Bass Content: I'll be using Whappo's Merlin amp with my Accugroove Tri-112. Wally I have basses to play, places to be and good music to make! It's the cab I was using when you saw me at the Powerhouse Pub. The big difference will be using the Merlin, when you saw me I was using the Accugroove with my GK 800RB which is OK but doesn't bring out the best in the Accugroove.
