4strings
it's been awhile. I hate it when work interferes with my personal life. As a total newby to the bass I can't tell you how much I enjoy going into my room and just. . . .escaping. Going into my own world where timing and rhythm and learning all of the cool songs I grew up with just put a big grin on my face. Groove, man. Groove. HypnoBassMan
Hmmm, I think that I know what that is like. Perhaps you are "preaching" to the choir. Enjoy this time of rapid growth (I am). Life is good in the low down. HypnoBassMan The deeper you go the better you feel! (True for bass and hypnosis.)
hags2k
It's a great stress reliever, isn't it? Anxiety has a hard time keeping me in it's grips when I'm playing, but sometimes my playing reflects my mood...and then it's not so good, but most of the time it makes me feel much better. I bet a lot of people feel that way (otherwise they wouldn't be playing bass, most likely). unkownroadband.com - step into the unkown :-)
