I am currently in the market for an amp in the 750 to 1000 w range... Bob Gollihur Posted February 4, 2003 Share Posted February 4, 2003 They are shipping by UPS today; I don't know whether they will arrive tomorrow or not. They use the same preamp as the iAMP 350, which I have used extensively -- it is very neutral and nicely warm, and I am told the power amp section of the 800 is very similar in transparency to the 350. I am really looking forward to getting my paws on this head. 19 lbs. and 800 watts?!?!
