a good instructional book/CD I found

I understood the concept of "ghost notes" and muting but I found an instructional book/CD made that made those techniques more clear and has helped my playing considerably. It's called "Muted Grooves For Bass" by Josquin Des Pres. It's starts off with simple patterns for developing technique and then gives a lot of examples using rock, funk, latin, shuffle blues patterns and lines. Some of the funk and latin patterns are very nice.
