What gauges should one use for these? (Ideally I'd like ones that give me the same tension as my Elites S/S 45-105 as my trussrod is deceased and if the tension is much greater there'll be too much bow in the neck). Posted October 18, 2002 Share Posted October 18, 2002 I don't play D'Addarios, but this D\'Addario pdf shows all the gauges of their sets and separates, and provides tension figures for all their strings tuned at different pitches.
