pfunku
I own two modulus vj's. Both are ash and a little plain looking. I really enjoy the looks of those hippie sandwich exotic wood basses but don't want to give up the Jazz style. Fender got it right!! However, Warmoth does make custom jazz bodies. Does anyone know how good these are. I was looking at replacing the body of one with a custom warmoth body. Good idea?
CraigLeyhFrameBand.com
I have used a Warmoth Jazz neck and it was great. ------------------ Thank you, Craig S. Leyh CraigLeyh@FrameBand.com Keep It Low! Chad Thorne
Haven't used Warmoth bodies, but I have used their necks, and the quality is very fine. In fact, just today I swapped off an Epiphone P-Bass copy on which I had put a Warmoth P-Bass neck; but when that bass went away today it was wearing its old pointy-headstock Epi neck instead lol...
