M Peasley
I've been following congressional attempts to reform bankruptcy laws. I'm always amazed by how many people I know who have gone bankrupt. Have you? Also so many so young.
M Peasley
Ahh, that was dumb on my part...too early in the am for me. That is, the 2nd question makes no sense if you haven't ever gone bankrupt. Since I can't delete the poll and start over, here's the deal. If you vote and you haven't gone bankrupt, vote "no" for the "under 35" question. That way I'll just tally the "yes" votes against the age question. Bill Roberts
There is a big difference from being "broke and in debt" than "bankrupt" Bankrupt is throwing in the towel and sheltering assets. To the latter, I have neither sheltered assets nor thrown in said towel. Times have been rough. Pawning axes and selling mega buck gear for pennies on the dollar...true...but never to throw in the towel. Bust that ass and make it work.
