Keyplayer
Can you guys recommend a good mid-priced wireless mic set that includes a Lav as well as hand held mic? I need one for our church and I'm not sure about all the specs I'm reading. So far it looks like Shure, Audio Technica, and Sennheiser have the front runners. But I don't know if I'm comparing apples to apples. Any advice available?
Keyplayer
Hello? Anybody? I don't want to take any advice on this from a saleman. I need some real world user advice.
where02190
All are good quality, find a dealer that will et you audition them to see which is best for your particular situation. Wireless First, the undisputed leader in RF rentals for Broadway and touring theatre, uses Sennheiser units for all their Broadway and touring Broadway production rentals. Hope this is helpful. GY
Talent can be tough on wireless systems. The cord from the mic to the transmitter is usually the first thing that goes. Shure and AT parts are easily available should you need them. If money is no object Lectrosoinics and Zaxcom are the best. http://www.lectrosonics.com/wireless/wireless.htm http://www.zaxcom.com/ GY
