Music does help keep the mind active, and she is proof of that. I would imagine a good gene pool and a healthy diet didn"t hurt as well. My MIL is 105 and doing almost as well as Colette⦠Mediterranean diet in her case. Thanks for posting that, it was certainly interesting.
