I can get a really good deal on a pair of event tr8's but they are direct field. will it make a noticeable different in their accuracy if they are only a few feet away? Hip Hop is Future. doug osborne Posted May 11, 2004 Share Posted May 11, 2004 Your room and the acoustical environment (including placement) will make a much bigger difference in accuracy between two similar speaker systems, but a few feet can certainly affect their relationship with the acoustical environment dramatically.
