Paul K
Ladies and Gentlemen; So when I use an amp or a PA with either 1/8 in stereo or RCA stereo inputs I tend to use the headphone out of my multi-effects box into this alternative input instead of the normal 1/4" plug outputs to 1/4" input. It's a lighter cable and it's in stereo for when I'm going through the PA. Is there any reason, fidelity or otherwise, why I shouldn't do this? Peace Paul K Things are just the way they are, and they're only going to get worse.
Flemtone
None that I can think of. I've used mini-plug instead of quarter-inch for a variety of purposes. I've never heard a difference. For all I know, there might be a resistance difference in the wire or some picofarad-dropping scenario but, since my house hasn't burned down and I can still hear stuff, I guess it's cool. Play. Just play.
