I had some success during trials at home getting familiar but brief, limited success live. I started seeing random issues with no input but when I brought it home it would work fine. Eventually, it quit altogether live but still worked at home - and then finally quit working at home as well. I returned it to the selling co. and they agreed to replace but I had to wait as they stated they were back-ordered. It's been just over a month... 1. Anyone using one of these live with any success? 2. Should I try and get them to send me a vent instead? I already asked when they stated BO and the answer was "no". Anyone think I have an argument to re-state my request for the vent instead?
