ScottKahn Posted February 17, 2010 Share Posted February 17, 2010 The obvious answer is this: MIDI OUT from the Ground Control Pro goes to the MIDI IN on the Axe FX. A standard 5-pin DIN MIDI cable will work if you plug a power supply into your GCP. If you want to power it via Phantom power, you need to get a 7-pin DIN MIDI cable (more likely to find online at MusiciansFriend.com than in your local music store). Then, your GCP power supply goes into the back of the Axe-FX, and you just use the 7-pin cable to your GCPro, which supplies the power along with MIDI. New to the MIDI foot controller thing?
