Looking for a few recommendations as far as live music is concerned. Sat night I would prefer classic rock covers and Sun looking for jazz/blues. Will not be leaving Manhattan to go to any of the other boroughs if we can help it. Thanks in advance. At night and on weekends it can seem like a ghost town, with many places closed by 6 on Friday. Using the subway is your best bet for getting around, if your cell can handle it, use Hopstop (http://www.hopstop.com/pda?city1=newyork&city2=newyork&sid=&) for directions.
