Joe Bloe
I'm looking for "basic" drum machine software for my pc. I want to use it to practice, not compose, so I'm looking for something simple to use. I want to focus on practicing, not the drum software. What would you suggest? Paul K
Band-in-a-Box, or one of the programs like it. Gives you more than just drum beats. Fabulous practice too. Things are just the way they are, and they're only going to get worse.
Kramer Ferrington III.
I never get tired of plugging this one, the LeafDrums druim machine. http://www.leafdigital.com/software/leafdrums/ It's a free download and it plays .wavs, so you can feed whatever you want into it, use it as a sequencer, even. It also comes with a bunch of effects (filters, reverb, echo, panning, etc) and you can slow down the drums so you can get those "kussshhhhh!" type snares. Check it out, it's definitely a good choice. Band MySpace My snazzy t-shirt empire
