Hi all, I have been downloading the extra voices from the Hammond site but when I open up the Taped Sampler zip file it is identical to the Hand Bells zip file. Is this right? Thanks, Steeplemouth

ey guys, is there a way to set a tempo in the SK1 so I can sync some of the synth patches like Fake ARP and 60s Sci Fi to a beat? Also,how do I set the SK1 as a MIDI slave to an external device? If I done this, would that sync the patches and effects to the clock of the master device? Sorry if this is elementary stuff, I am new to the world of MIDI. Thanks, Sam

This happens to my SK1 in the summer and I think it is caused by the organ overheating. I live in Perth, Australia and it gets up into the 40s during the summer and I don't have air con so my house is like an oven. I've never had this problem during winter, only when the weather is hot.

Yes Keymoe, of course, but the question still stands; has anyone else experienced these problems? If so, did a system update fix the problem? I'm living in Perth, Australia and we're currently hitting temperatures of 40+ degrees. Could high temperatures have something to do with this issue? I.e. could my machine be overheating? Hi guys, great thread! I have a problem with my SK1 and wonder if anyone here has had a similar issue. Sometimes when scrolling through the presets, my display becomes corrupted and the preset names become strings of weird characters. If I continue scrolling, the display eventually goes blank. The sound remains fine but the display stays blank until I turn the machine off and then back on. Also, when I try to play music through it using the onboard music player, the music plays fine for a few seconds then starts distorting. Has anyone else experienced these issues? I have not updated the machine with any of the software updates so the operating system version is the one that came bundled with the machine. Thanks Steeps
