  1. I had a Hardwire Digitech Dl4 delay pedal that was bricked after about 4 months. Guess what Digitech did... Gave me a Return Authorization # and setup an exchange over the phone. Didn't even have to provide a receipt or go through the dealer. Just made 1 phone call and talked to 1 person for about 5 minutes. From the time the pedal broke and the new one arrived it took 1 week. I can't imagine TC selling Chinese made pedals with absolutely no customer service/tech support. That decision is going to ruin them.
  2. Hey guys new member here... I was about to purchase quite a few pedals from Sweetwater. A Vortex flanger, Flashback delay, hall of fame reverb, and a polytune. What made me want these were the youtube videos. Mostly PGS. They sound excellent. Just did a quick Google first (like i usually do before buying) to see the reviews on the pedals and it brought me here. I've had to deal with CS from most companies with my past purchases MXR, Boss, T-Rex, Line 6... and everytime the issue was handled within a couple of days. At most a week. Going to pass on the TC pedals and going to pick up some competitor brands. A quick Google search just lost them a $550+ sale. --------------------------- EDIT: Just noticed this thread had over 21,000 views. 21 THOUSAND! Wow.
