ElmerJFudd
If you"ve ever played or directed a pit or been to see one of his shows - this guy wrote some of the most interesting and at times both unique and tricky stuff in the genre. RIP, Stephen, writer of lyrics, scores and at times the whole damn book. https://broadwaynews.com/2021/11/26/stephen-sondheim-dies-at-age-91/ Quote Yamaha CP88, Casio PX-

rogs
I remember seeing Sondheim on TV once when he announced, rather dryly -- 'I'm going to play you a medley of my hit' He was of course referring to 'Send in the Clowns' -- which he felt was all he would be remembered for, by the wider world. I don't think that is even remotely true. A giant of 20th century music - particularly musical theatre. He will be sadly missed. RIP. SteveCoscia
A true master. He took big risks and broke through. Will we ever see another like him? RIP. Quote Steve Coscia
David Emm
When you're a Jet, you're a Jet all the way. The man was brilliant and then some. "West Side Story" was one of my early kid records. I'm sure that had a lot to do with me being able to whistle Bach & prog now. Quote "I want to be an intellectual, but I don't have the brainpower.
