Disassembly instructions

 

Remove top cover

Free ribbon cables by removing zip ties

Mark and detach three ribbon cables

Remove the drawbar / control panel assembly

On my unit, these four screws had hex-slots, and required an Allen wrench (!?)

To free the upper and/or lower manuals, remove bolts/screws from the bottom of the case

Don't remove any more screws, unless you need to take the jack connectors panel off

Thank you, Brad. Not the kind of tip I hope I need that soon...

 

I like the following "trick":

If you press the "manual" button once, it starts blinking. Then you can adjust the drawbars, but the sound only changes, if you hit the manual button again. That way you can prepare a sound change in advance.
