For me, ideal is print magazine with additional digital content to accompany, like audio files and videos.

Acoustic/Electric stringed instruments ranging from 4 to 230 strings, hammered, picked, fingered, slapped, and plucked. Analog and Digital Electronic instruments, reeds, and throat/mouth.

I subscribe to Tape Op, I get both the digital version and the printed copy. I read the printed copy. Once in a while I will print out an owners manual for a piece of hardware or software.

Digital is fine if it is not a long article.

Videos cannot be "printed" and can be very useful.

 

So my answer is "Yes."

It took a chunk of my life to get here and I am still not sure where "here" is.
