Tim Mayock
I bought 4 pair of these several years ago, I really like them, but I have 3 of the gold plated 1/8 to 1//4 in. adapters that have broken at the insulator between the tip and the sleeve. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone have a source for replacment adapters? http://www.themayocks.com Hear The Mayocks on Rhapsody and Itunes
Philip OKeefe
In that situation, I'd probably just whack the connector off and solder on a new 1/4" TRS plug. As far as the adaptors, I'd check with Radio Shack first and see if they have something that fits.

where02190
If I had a nickel for every time that's happened..... I truely wish they'd make them with the adapter reversed, so you adapt to 1/8" instead of to 1/4" from 1/8". the connections on the adapter suck, and I've often had them go intermittant during sessions, to the point that I've replaced all of them with neutriks 1/4" jacks...no more adapters. Hope this is helpful. Hope this is helpful. NP Recording Studios Analog approach to digital recording.
