If it were just red or blue I'd have to call it a toss up, but various shades of brown that are heavy in red are really striking, so for it's ability to sneak into other colors I voted for red. What would a sunburst or even a tobacco burst be without red, let alone that freaky red pick guard Fender ships those with. With that in mind Blue is like the soloist that can't comp.

Some days red, some days blue. Definitly blue in the summer, red in the winter. Blue on monday, wednesday, thursday, and saturday. Red on tuesday, friday, and sunday. Despite the day of week, whenever there is a February 29th, RED. Despite the day of the week, on a full moon, BLUE. jazz, RED, blues, BLUE, rock, RED, folk, BLUE.

Depends on what the color is on. And with all the variations of blues and reds such as metallics and opaques, I have to vote for both colors. All colors are created equal except olive drab. I had all I could take of that color in the Army.
