Dave da Dude
Big Red, I am truly impressed (no pun intended, impresionism, get it) A great work of art! I am totally blown away! I had no idea that you also were also able to express yourself thru painting ... ... and congratulations on your first sale I've copied the image to my computer. With your permission, I would like to add the image to my screensaver / wallpaper collection. If not, sadly, I will delete it. [edit]... delete comment about different media, etc. I missed that Tedster said "... in other media as well... " Gotta' geetar... got the amp. There must be SOMEthing else I... "need". Big Red 67
Due to the fact that they are abstract. No, I am not sure. The painting I do is a flow, not really an attempt to deliver any one thing. More an expression of colors and fellings, maybe even sounds. Kinda like formless emoticons. That's amazing you admitted to being clueless! Congratulations on your first sale. Please tell me your child gave you at least 2 quarters for it! Ok, ok... really, it's very good. Impressive cause I know he doesn't have that much extra cash in the budget and it isn't going to be dry for a long time.
