Shoes Posted November 11, 2004 Share Posted November 11, 2004 The picture [LesPaul03.jpg] or the close-up of the neck shows (as stated) badly worn frets and a properly incerted inlay of unknown substance that has simply been worn or damaged to the point at which it's partly gone. Keep in mind that traditional inlay material is typically .050" thick and the pocket routed for this is mighty shallow. This picture is not that of a sticker but a proper installation of some mother of something or another. Buy it, strip it down, sell it off and go shopping again.
