zachg
i agree with the other replies- UNCLE JOHN'S BAND would be great, i do that one all the time. it's a nice simplistic tune, not very hard, and has some nice messaeges in it. i.e.- "It's the same story the crow told me; It's the only one he knows Like the morning sun you come &like the wind you go Ain't no time to hate, barely time to wait, Woh - oh, what I want to know, where does the time go?" picker
I've heard "Casey Jones", Ripple, and "Truckin'" done acoustic and they sounded pretty good. I like "Touch of Gray", and I think it would be okay acoustic if you've got the chops. Always remember that you are unique. Just like everyone else. Werewolf by Night
All of the above, plus a vote for my favorite 'Dead tune, "Box of Rain". "Bertha" might be cool, too! Howabout "Tennessee Jed"? "Jack Straw"? Funny, I didn't know I was such a 'Deadhead, I've never once owned anything by them! BillWelcome Home Studios
Friend of the Devil always goes over big, as does Sugar Magnolia. Black Peter, Candy Man, Casey Jones, ,,,,really, pick one they all pretty much work. Box of Rain was just too much work, but other than that....
