Software to WRITE tab

Something like that. Problem was it took like ten minutes. Gotta be an easier way. Is there a free tab writing software anyone can recommend?

You can download tabs for it too, but they are all ones that users have written so are varying degree's of accuracy, could be handy for a beginner tho....
