Giggling Crowd!

Last night I did a show at the Owl Club in Roseville and during the first three songs this guy was just going off on me playing! during the second song I looked up to see him giggling uncontrollably every time I played a lick. He was really into it, I didn't take it badly. It was a strange reaction and it made me happy. I was wondering has anyone else had strange reactions from the crowd?

Red,

uhhhh... your zipper -was- up, yes??

No, I don't get that reaction either, but if they enjoyed it, what the hell, we're out there to entertain.

Yes I check the YYZ!

He was more into it then any other person I have ever watched! It was cool.

I had the advantage of watching a piece where a band had used a cartoon behind them and said it was fun to see the crowd enjoying themself even if it was laughter.

So I had aready accepted the expression before I saw it happen to me.

I told this story before, but the best reaction I ever got was at a show two girls we never met/saw came up on stage in the middle of a song and one started to http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/1/1_4_129.gif (FYI that is not the actual video, but it's probably close) :D

and the other was going to each of us pouring beer into our mouths while we played and then she joined her friend with her festivities. FYI I never saw any of the "good parts", if there were any, but then after our set the two girls...........

The absolute best part was that the girls thought we were the band we were opening up for and they did not do anything like that for the other band :)
