Reverse the Curse
i recently started work on a site devoted to classic rock. As a feature on the site i made an online radio that i can run and listeners can tune in to. Today i was browsing through the music post topic and I got the idea to play some of your tunes on there at times, for ex. at a certain time just play all of your tunes. Do you guys think this is a good idea? (if not, just say so, I can take it ) It would be completely costless/profitless to me because I already have webhosting, I have an always on broadband connection, and my comp is always running anyway. Would you give send me some of your tunes to throw into the mix? Do you think you guys/other people would listen? The site (in progress) is www.cl-rock.tk . Ill try and get the radio up so you guys can get a feel for what its like. P.S. What do you think of the site? The forumite formerly known as Cooper. cosmo115
It seems like a great idea! It's difficult however to give an opinion on the site since it's in progress and most of the links don't work. Best of luck!!!

Guitar Geezer
You might want to talk with Lee Flier (one of our wonderful moderators here) She has a Internet Radio station running on her site http://www.what-the.com/index.php I bet you can compare problems, solutions, pitfalls etc. Great offer BTW Lynn G
Shoes
Reminds me of the ill fated FloydRadio web station that was running 5 or 6 years ago. Somebody got it in their head to load up everything Floyd related on a server and run it around the clock belting out Floyd to the masses. The only problems was that he wasn't paying any royalties and they got shut down for legal infringements I enjoyed this quite a bit given I was doing computer support over our 50 locations. I could get great music everywhere I went and rarely head the same song. Good luck to ya I still think guitars are like shoes, but louder.
doug osborne
Mercora lets you stream licensed music from your computer for free. They claim to have paid a blanket license to ASCAP and BMI, and they filter anything that isn't licenced. Doug Osborne Music on Bandcamp
