Boggs
I just spent about 15 minutes just plugging in the padauk guitar and just running through a bunch of pickup configurations and settings on the Genesis 1 modeler just plugged into the PC... Just hamming around to capture a variety of different tones... As the title says, just clowning around with it before taking it apart for finishing. Strings are old and intonation not set or anything yet. It's just to give a flavor of the range it is capable of... Cheers!!! NMcGuitar
Sounding good, Boggs. I'd like to hear more of the clean tones. Those sounded sweet - the modeler seems to color the sound a bit, and I can't really tell how much of the tone is your guitar, and how much is the modeling. Nice work. Can't wait to hear the finished product! May all your thoughts be random! - Neil www.McFaddenArts.com www.MikesGarageRocks.com

Boggs
Thanks, guys! The cleans really tell the tale of its potential as there was nothing tweaked on the distortion samples. With a bit of twweaking, I am sure that the distortion potential is as great as the clean shows! The clean was the first thing I heard which is what sent me over the rafters! Compact Diss
Sounds great, must be a great feeling to make something that can produce the sound of music.
Boggs
It's a good feeling, for sure. The real fun is building two with different wood combinations using the same electronics and getting guitars of similar RANGE of tone but with different characters.
