headlow
Well its not really a problem, but it's annoying me all the same. I switched my amp on this morning and the little red 'power' light has stopped working. The amp comes on all right and stills sounds amazing. I'm guessing that the bulb has blown, does anybody know how to go about fixing it or would I better leaving it in to get fixed?
Teahead
Those are little "Jewel" lights or bulbs I think. You should phone Evans, or possibly Marcus? I think I got a replacement from Marcus once, at a cost of about £4? Tea. Pedal Clips

headlow
Hey I just came on here to check for replies and noticed that at the top of this thread the word hot has turned to a link to a romance site. How did it get there, 'cos I didn't put it there! Topic: Problem with my Hot Rod Deville!
Caevan O’Shite
I'm not sure if that amp uses an incandescent ("regular") bulb, or an LED, for the pilot-light. I used to own one, and I think that it's an LED; look to be sure, before you buy one or the other. If it is in fact an LED, it may need to be soldered in place. Major Tom
Its a bulb - 6.3 volt .15 amp bayonet mount. Unscrew the red lens, the bulb is removed by pushing down and rotating it CCW. Its kind of difficult since it has the collar around it - you can't grip it with your fingers, so you will have to use friction to twist it. Music stores should have them, possibly Rad Shack. Get a couple, they don't always last very long...
