benbranch
i recently got a practically brand new fender american standard series strat. unfortunately i did not get the two allen wrenches i need for adjustments. does anyone know what size wrenches i need for the truss rod and the saddles? ben www.oreosandsalsa.com
LeftyBlues
You no doubt handed over a decent amount of jack for that axe - whoever sold it to you should get you the proper wrenches! If that's not practical, I'm pretty sure the hardware they use is standard, not metric, so you could pick up a small set at the local hardware shop. benbranch
well, somehow i somethign like 400 for the strat so i couldnt complain too much about the lack of wrenches. ben www.oreosandsalsa.com
LeftyBlues
...and then I realized tonight's my guitar lesson, so sitting right in my office is my American deluxe Strat! The neck adjustment takes a 1/8 allen, the bridge is a 5/64th. Hope that helps. Bruce I was born at night but I wasn't born last night...
