miroslav
Anyone? I've scoured their web site...and either I'm blind, or they just don't want anyone calling them...??? Seems they want you to go through a dealer…for everything. I needed a couple of parts...the dealers I called ain't got them…and there seems to be question if they can even get them. miroslav - miroslavmusic.com "Just because it happened to you, it doesn't mean it's important." batterypowered
Well, I can't guarantee that this will be right, but I looked up their domain (ibanez.com) registration info, which requires an address and telephone number, and here's what I got. The address does match, so I guess it might be right: Registrant: Ibanez Guitars (IBANEZ-DOM) 1726 Winchester Road Bensalem, NJ 19020 US Domain Name: IBANEZ.COM Administrative Contact, Technical Contact: Bitting, Chris (DZNRHBUVEI)cbitting@hoshinousa.com 1726 Winchester Rd. miroslav
OK...that's the right number...though it comes up as Hoshino USA...which is the parent Co. of Ibanez. If you go through the automated phone system...eventually you get to Ibanez Customer Service...and you CAN order parts directly from them. I still wonder why they seem to go out of their way NOT to list their telephone number(s) right on their website...??? miroslav - miroslavmusic.com "Just because it happened to you, it doesn't mean it's important." miroslav
Well...I just tried ordering some parts directly from Ibanez...and MAN...they really don't seem to want you to go through them. The CS Rep went OUT-OF-HIS-WAY to talk me into going through a local dealer instead of getting it directly from them. Odd...? miroslav - miroslavmusic.com "Just because it happened to you, it doesn't mean it's important."
batterypowered
It's a lot like I had to deal with at my old telecom job. Manufacturers give all their sales to local reps, and don't want you to do otherwise, unless it's special circumstances. If they tell you that the parts actually do exist, though, there should be no reason the local guy couldn't get it. The fact that the local guys said they didn't know if they could get the parts kind of shows how much effort they put into finding out. :x twoblock.net batterypowered.org

revolead
All I know is I work customer phone service at the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association. I know what it's like and I have zero tolerance for people too lazy to do something. I do know we have stupid rules, like not being able to transfer people to accounting directly, as I work the 800 number line. But what I will tell you, accounts is across the hall. It never made sense to me. Anyway, that's customer service and company policy. Shut up and play.
