Tedster
Thanks for the heads up! Yeah, that's sweet. I think they're still making that model. Didja see that godawful Teisco pic I posted on the other thread? And those National wannabes? Mmmmmmm...string cheese... HAHAHAHA... Blue Strat
That Tiesco was sweet too, but I just really like the Mosrite body shape better. I've got a couple of the old Silvertone Amp-in-case guitars earmarked just in case they stay at a reasonable price. Like this one: http://i7.ebayimg.com/01/i/01/22/ba/e1_1.JPG I saw a bunch of those at a guitar show in Spartenburg once, but all the tops were bowed or they were too expensive. Still, they're cool looking guitars. BlueStrat a.k.a. Blue Strat
I've got one of the newish Danelectro 59-DC's, and yeah, they do sound awesome for slide. I've just got the itch to buy another guitar and I'm trying hard not to scratch too much. I'd trade the black Rogue Strat for that Silvertone if I could. The frets are terrible. I haven't had the time to take a file to them yet, and I'm starting to think about just removing the scorcher and putting it back stock and selling it if I can. I'll try and get the frets fixed first, maybe I'll change my mind. BlueStrat a.k.a.
