Blue Strat
When Danelectro re-surfaced, probably about 6 or 7 years ago, the second guitar in their lineup was the 59-DC. I bought one of these in "Beatnik-Burgandy" and the next year, Dano changed that guitar by putting Gotoh tuners and a fully adjustable bridge on it. It's now called the 59-DC Pro. My guitar has tuners with a D stamped into the gear cover, and the wooden bridge on an adjustable steel plate. The headstock is also painted to match the body, not the bare wood finish on the new ones. What say you, my fellow guitarists? Is it destined for greatness? BlueStrat a.k.a.
