Blue Strat
I can't seem to find colored pickup covers for strat single coils at the usual guitar retailers like Musician's Friend or AMS. Do you guys know where I can find some? I want a little more variety than black/white. BlueStrat a.k.a. Dave da Dude
Bluestrat, thanks for starting the thread. Bobbo, thanks for the info. What a GREAT Forum this is! You can find out ANYthing here. BTW, I know I found another site a while (6 months ago?), but it's sitting on my other, semi-dead (no windows) computer and I can't get to it. I thought it was Bill Lawerence's site, but I didn't see any there. I pretty sure it was a pickup manufacturer, but not a major one. FWIW Dave Gotta' geetar... got the amp. There must be SOMEthing else I... "need".
strat0124
....or take em off and customize them yourself, since you're already gonna have to take shit off anyway? I've got those pearloid ones on mine, and a tortoise shell one on one of my tele's. I used to have a mirrored one but it blinded people in the audience! Down like a dollar comin up against a yen, doin pretty good for the shape I'm in
Blue Strat
Is there anyway to die the covers? The white covers should look OK against the green pearloid pickguard I just bought, but green would look cool too. BlueStrat a.k.a.
