E-money
Time is more limited than ever. I'm thinking of trying to find a way of practicing guitar while riding an exercise bike. Don't know if it will work or not, but I'm looking for some good simple mindless exercises that people have used to improve their technique, timing, dexterity. vocabulary. Things I could do in front of the TV, or maybe while reading. If anybody knows any good websites with this kind of thing, please post them. revolead
Unfocused practices are never as good, but it doesn't mean they wont help. Every minute you have a guitar in your hands is beneficial to your playing. Try practicing scales or something. If you already know the exercise, you can master it by playing with distraction. How are you gonna be a rock star otherwise? Shut up and play.
Funk Jazz
seems to me that you wouldn't get a very good aerobic workout if you can focus enough to play guitar. imho, you would minimize the effectiveness of both exercises. probably better to keep 'em separated. .
