DC
99.9% of the time I use the bridge PU. My main guitar has a humbuck at bridge and single coil at neck. This is also true with Tele's. Strats, I use the bridge/middle position almost exclusivly. -David http://www.garageband.com/artist/MichaelangelosMuse

KHAN
I play a Strat and a Paul, and use them all. Probably the least used of all would be middle position on the Strat. So Many Drummers. So Little Time...
The Lone Chicken
There are three standard single-coil pickups on my '03 Fender Strat Standard. Being that much of the music that I play tends to be not what one would call "hard" (my primary musical leanings are contemporary Christian pop-rock and jazz), I have always prefered the neck pickup for a more rounded sound in both my rhythm playing and my solos. Sometimes I do use the neck and middle pickups together for a "southern" sounding rhythm (I AM a native southerner, by the way), and occasionally I will use the bridge pickup for solos when I really want to "crank it up."
