Mile
It's a bit complicated question... I need your input. I am using solo from Brian Adams's "Everything I Do" to explain use of minor pentatonic to my pupils. It's really easy one and everyone can nail that one. There's not a single tone of the scale. So I was wondering is there any other case, that you're aware of, that can be presented to pupils as "easy" scale (minor, major, etc...)? Like I said it's a bit complicated question and I hope that you'll get what I wanted to say If it sounds god, just play the darn thing
DIAMOND DUST
I would say that you could use alot of Beatles songs as an example. They use the MAJOR scale alot, and that's very simple for begining students to figure out. http://b-cordova.dmusic.com/
AlChuck
You must have meant "there's not a single tone off the scale..."
