revolead
Anyone have a favorite stompbox or effects box they just couldn't live without? Mine would have to be my Keeley modded DS-1. Very versatile and terrific sounding. Shut up and play.

michael saulnier
Does my UniValve count if I use it as a "pre-amp"? http://www.staffup.com/UniValve.jpg guitplayer I'm still "guitplayer"! Check out my music if you like... http://www.michaelsaulnier.com
strat0124
Sansamp is probably the one box that gets used for so many different things. I never use it as a preamp for gigging out, but I imagine it would be the coolest backup amp...and alot lighter! Down like a dollar comin up against a yen, doin pretty good for the shape I'm in
BiC
Technically speaking, it may not be too current but I love my Digitech 21 PRO! Combined with my Ibanez Tube Screamer Classic, I can dial up some pretty mean-n-growling sounds out of my guitar! Teahead
The one pedal I couldn't live without would be my 535Q Jim Dunlop Wah. Closely followed by my Line6 Delay Modeler, in fact I'd have to call it a tie, either one could be listening in. Pedal Clips
Blue Strat
Either my Big Muff Pi or my Fuzz Face clone(s). Both are just great, and I can't get a tone even remotely similar out of my amp's high-gain channel. The Big Muff has the advantage of a tone control, so I'd probably choose it. BlueStrat a.k.a. alguit
If we're accepting the Uni-Valve as a preamp box, then count me in! Otherwise, it would be my old Fuzz Face (and no, I'm not referring to an old hairy ex girlfriend...although I could...)
revolead
Sorry Univavle guys, as cool as I'm sure the amp is, its not an effects box. I'm talking something you can fit into a lunchbox or shoebox for some of you. Shut up and play.
doc taz
Ibanez TS-7 TubeScreamer. I use that as a booster for solos, or extra gain. In HOT mode, it works well as an overdrive pedal on its own. Cheap, too. Works great for bass and guitar. sevenstring.org profile my flickr page
