Even the cheap ones sound better to me than more expensive guitars from other companies. I just played an HD-28 that was just outstanding. 2 grand, though! I like the D-41 especially, but the sticker shock on that one is even worse! Though the D-15 is very nice for the price. Nothin' like a Martin. I really don't know what to put here. DC Posted July 2, 2003 Share Posted July 2, 2003 I've got a 1972 0-16 NY, same guitar Ian Anderson uses. Love it, just sometimes wish it had a bigger body although it records pretty good.
