TreeAxis
I was at a guitar shop, and I asked about fender decals, but the clerk told me I could only get them on the black market, yet I have seen them on ebay. Are they illegal, or is the clerk misinformed? www.geocities.com/rocket2boyz my site
JDL
Well, why would Fender give out decals? People could just take their crappy, used guitars and put a Fender sticker on it. Then, deceive someone and sell it for $400. The clerk was right. JDL on Purevolume Bird\'s Eye View on Purevolume
monster
I was in a vintage guitar store once and a guy walked in with two very clean looking red strats. Guitars in hand, no cases. He asked the owner if he was interested in them, I forget the year he said they were. The store owner checked them out and said not now. After the man left I asked if they were legitimate, because I couldn't believe the condition. He said they could be but the man wouldn't leave them for authentication. Made me think twice about buying vintage guitars.
