Dylan
I've owned a variety of their gear including the Sansamp and Trademark 60 and 10 guitar amps, but I can't seem to find any 120's in my area. I think I know what to expect and the reviews on Harmony Central are pretty good, but I'd love to hear some real world feedback if possible. This amp seems perfect for me: 3 channels, (2) 12-inch speakers, 120 watts , and a foot-switchable boost. I currently have a Trademark 10 and like the tones it can make, but that 'lil 8" speaker and 10 watt amp can only put out so much low end and I need something bigger for live use. I currently have a Fender "Evil" Twin that is just not fitting well with my musical taste, but sounds great for what it is. I'm planning on selling the Twin for the TM 120 unless someone talks me out of it or into another amp. Thanks!
strat0124
Although its not technically a modelling amp, I think the Tech21 stuff sounds leaps and bounds better than the competition. I entertained getting the Trademark 60 to play at smaller venues, but for the five bills they go for I can get a killer all tube amp, albeit used. I have the original Sansamp as well as a POD, and both have their place, but the sansamp does certain things better. By the way, these things are fantastic for recording non guitar stuff. Down like a dollar comin up against a yen, doin pretty good for the shape I'm in
Dylan
I owned the TM 60 at one time and I actually prefer the layout and sounds better on the TM 10 and 120. The TM 60 is still great, but doesn't do high-gain sounds as well as the 10 and 120. The Hendrix/SRV sound is better on the 60, however. You can usually find a TM 60 used for about $300.
